&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;關於纖維: &lt;span style="color:red;"&gt;肉類不會&lt;/span&gt;有纖維，纖維只存在於&lt;span style="color:red;"&gt;植物&lt;/span&gt;、&lt;span style="color:red;"&gt;水果&lt;/span&gt;之中；纖維&lt;span style="color:red;"&gt;不含熱量&lt;/span&gt;， &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;纖維的好處:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;預防便秘，保護消化道 &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;預防肥胖症 &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;降低膽固醇，保護心臟 &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;預防糖尿病 &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;預防癌症以及其他病症&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;纖維可分為兩類：&lt;span style="color:red;"&gt;可溶性&lt;/span&gt;纖維與&lt;span style="color:red;"&gt;不可溶性&lt;/span&gt;纖維。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;可溶性纖維：溶解於水，可形成膜保護腸，降低熱量吸收，帶來飽足感。 &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;不可溶性纖維：像掃把一樣，能把腸胃打掃乾淨。 &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;
